The 4 P’s according to Raf's dark mind

In the previous blog-post I rather boldly assigned the title of Jester to myself.

In line with the previous post (about archetypes) I had to ask myself the following question: What If  this Jester was a product (in the form of a self-help book) in need of a marketing strategy?  How would I go about it?

The 4 P's have been around forever and I see no reason not to apply them to my current strategy formulation. (Sorry about that  4 C's).

Product :

The jester projects a calm air, displaying a certain optimism (a.k.a. living in the moment).
I believe many people could use that attitude, live in the now, and file worries and responsibilities in a drawer marked for later.
This rather thin book ( we wouldn’t want to scare anyone away) would sport a beautiful sober cover with a smiling couple holding and looking at the very book that is being  held or looked at . To keep the price reasonable it will first be available in paperback format.

The text would be written in a large font  and the chapters will contain many images and quotes of wisdom relating to enjoying and living in the moment.
thank you A. A. Milne

Promotion :

I would advertise the "jester archetype product" book in magazines usually read by  stressed-out people (some marketing research is still due). And on websites with high SERP /SEO / SEA results when googling "how to reduce stress" and "cheap solutions against high blood pressure".

Price :

The production costs are limited as the product is published in paperback and the content is all original .
It will be priced similarly to popular non-fiction titles.

Place : Bookstores, airports, newspaper shops, and on our very own self-help website weekly updated  with many pearls of wisdom...
